Ended up ordering way more htan I meant to, but I just couldn't narrow it down. So now I'm getting Grace, Tickled Pink, Breathless, Hot Blooded, and Seedy, Tart light, babydoll, forbidden and climax samples, angel glow sample (to try something new, I am usually matte all the way) and the ultimate ES and FO brushes. *squee* can't wait to get new shinies!

That is a nice haul!

I think you will really like the glow! The thing I like about Karen's glows is that she does not use the fillers that most companies do. This allows for a great payoff in glow without being chalky. Angel is lovely and one that can be added to any look for glow and not color. It will be like you just ordered twice as many blushes. You can wear them matte, or with a little glow on top!

Ooh, sounds intersting, shall look forward to playing with it!
Of course today I then realised that I will probably need to do another order in the next couple of months, since after trying Karen's lipsticks, I now can't stand my old ones (maxfactor lipfinity). See, all the lippies I've gotten have been for everyday wear (ok, hot blooded probably more an evening thing), but I also need a stage lippie. I do bellydancing, and when we perform onstage we do very full on dramatic makeup, so I will need something more dramatic to wear then. I will try and see if hot blooded will do when it arrives, but bah! I should have thought about it before making my order. And now I can't find the red lippies on the site, please tell me they're coming back!
Where am I going with this? Not really anywhere, I just needed a vent, sorry.

maggishness-
There are two red lipsticks that are usually on the 'Organic Lipsticks' page. These are just out of stock until more can be made. I'd check back mid week.

HI,
Yes...we're just out of them- FWIW Hot Blooded is my fave for reds- and I pulled Classic and Celebration because they just didn't strike me as spring/summer colors (and we're out of stock on them and they take me a while to make). Give the Hot Blooded a try, and we'll go from there! Just PM me and we'll set you up with something.

Thank you so much Karen! I will definitely see how I go with Hot blooded first, then. We're headed into 'winter' around these parts anyway :)

Well, I got my order, and I LOVE all the lippies, all of them! Not sure if Hot blooded will be drama enough for the stage, but they are all such nice colours, and the feel, oh the feel!
I also like the littlo FO brush, so small compared to the one I already have, will be good for blush (the other one is sometimes a bit large).
I'm not so sure about the blushes, though. Tart light looks scary (yes, yes, I WILL try it on in the next couple of days :P) and I really don't see the deal about climax. To me, both in the jar and on my skin (swatched them all on my arm), it's sort of a mix between beige, salmon and a bit of orange, with some shimmer. Do think I will like like babydoll and forbidden, and the angel glow.

Maggishness-
Do give the Climax a chance on your cheeks applied with a proper brush before passing judgement. Arms and cheeks are quite different. It was definitely my favorite before MOAC. Still, there are lots of great choices, now. IMO Climax is a natural pinky-peachy flush. I think it was the natural looking flush of it that I liked about it, without it being too earthy. Also, the Tart Light will look very different on skin than in the jar. It is one of my new faves.

Be careful- they're REALLY addicting. Does anyone remember my count? lol. I have all but...2 of the glosses(ashley, sarrah)...3 of the lipsticks(sublime, classic, and decadent)...and...i think 3 of the kiss blisses?(mesmerizing, divine, and fierce. planning on buying divine in the last wave of MOAC) which means i have ALL the rest and I love them!!! Consider yourself warned- they're SOOOOO addicting!!! :)

You're just gonna have to trust us (and your FO) on this one. lol

Climax isn't my favorite but what's special about it is that it's a basic blush that looks good on EVERYONE. IMO, it's not necessarily a wow blush or even my favorite blush- but it does look good on everyone- from the whitest goth to the tannest mediterranean (I used it on 8 separate girls at a fashion show- all caucasian but just about every shade of caucasian and it worked for them ALL). That and it's got its own coordinating lippie in foreplay ;)
