how many scoops?

I know that somebody(Faith, I think) got all mathimatical and figured out recipes for foundations in larger quantities bases on the number of tiny scoops in each refill baggie.(THE ONE THAT SELLS FOR $5.50)
Problem is, I cannot remember if it is 32 scoops or 36. If somebody could help, I be most grateful.
I tried a new recipe based on a lot more *glow*, and ugh, ugh, ugh! I had pores where I didn't even know I had pores! So I am starting over with a fresh batch. I feel like the Tin Man!

The refill bag contains one tablespoon of product, and since there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon, the refill bag would contain the equivalent of 96 of those tiny scoops.
