Petal- Light Pink Matte Blush- compare to Benefit Dandelion

Petal is a slightly warmish very light pink blush that's matte with no shimmer. Dare to compare to Benefit's Dandelion pink blush!

Ingredients: Mica, Silk Powder, Silica, Iron Oxide, FD&C Color

Samples are 1/8 teaspoon in a 5 gram jar.  Full size is 1-1/2 teaspoons (7 ml)  in a 10-gram sifter jar.

A note about clones:  We clone products so you can have the colors that you love, but with much better ingredients.  Because we don't use talc, bismuth oxychloride, binders, petroleum products or preservatives in our color formulas there may be some slight differences between the original and the SN clone.

My skin is between fair-medium & I use fair golden foundation. This blush is so beautiful for my skin tone. It looks great with greens, purples, blues & warm browns. A great wash of pretty pink.

Purchased a sample and loved it at first swipe! It has been hard for me to find a blush that isnt too harsh on my fair, freckled skin with a slight yellow/olive undertone. Normally i lean towards peach blush bc anything too cool looks bad on me but this blush has that in between of cool and warm bc the pink looks slightly peach & gives the perfect natural flush! I hope i descibed it well because i think it would look good on a fair cool or warm skintone. I hope it never gets discontinued!

I have tried a few different blushes, and continually see new ones that I'd like to try, but I always come back to this one. I have neutral leaning warm coloring, so I do not look good in a really cool toned blush; however some warmer blushes end up looking kind of orange on me. Petal isn't too pink and isn't to peach, it is somehow just right. With the trend of using highlighters, I do occasionally wish it had a little bit of shimmer; however this is easily resolved by layering something with a bit of shimmer on top.

I've only worn this blush for a day but already know it's going to be my go-to every day blush. I'm not exactly sure what my skin tone is but from constantly reading reviews I would say i'm NC15-NC20 and this gives the perfect flush of color. This honestly goes to show that you do not have to spend tons of money to get an amazing product, I've been looking at silk natural products for quite a while now and finally took the plunge. I definitely regret spending the amount of money I did on a different blush I purchased only last week.

This is the one blush I use up, then re-order, then re-order yet again. As a senior, colors I used to use now look too artificial and very over-made-up old lady on me. Using Petal as a blush, then blending as a light powder, makes me look healthy, in a very good not-made up way! Wouldn't be without it.

My favorite! IReview by Cami D.
My favorite! I have tried all the warm matte blushes from SN so far (like them all) but this is my HG! Its light and subtle and gives just enough color to look like a natural flush. My skin is very golden/warm undertones and I have trouble finding makeup that looks natural on me, but this is perfect!!

I LOVE PetalReview by Mary Beth W.
I LOVE Petal blush! It is the perfect warm pink color for my fair-medium olive/golden/yellow skin. It has a hint of peach in it to give it some complexity. I can wear this blush for a soft look with just mascara and a lippie. Also, I can use this blush when I want to wear a smoky or more dramatic eye look with toned-down lips. It's simply perfect!

This is myReview by Patricia J.
This is my favorite every day blush now. I've never tried Dandelion, but I've heard it's very sheer.. I would say Petal actually shows up well, as long as you use a denser blush brush. When I tried using a duo-fibre, it didn't show up at all. The shade is a gorgeous pale pink with a hint of peach on my NC20 skin, but best of all, this is LONG-LASTING. It lasts *all* day like you would not believe. Way better than the tarte 12 hour amazonian clay blushes or any other blush that i have ever used. It's beautiful and I'm going to need a back-up.

Petal Matte BlushReview by Sara H.
Petal Matte Blush is very delicate, feminine and subtle. It reminds me of Kate Middleton's royal glamour. The texture is very silky and soft. It is not chalky nor dry feeling at all. It needs a touch up every four to six hours of so on the cheek which is very wonderful lasting power for a subtle colored blush. It does not cake on the skin nor look like you have a flour texture on your face.

I would buy this again and recommend it to a friend.

I found PetalReview by Jennifer L.
I found Petal to be more of a peachy-pink than the cool pink I see in the swatch on my monitor, both in the sample jar and on my skin. But since I have warm undertones, I'm not complaining -- it still looks great on me! It has a matte finish, and is pretty light so it's probably best for lighter skintones. I'm very pale and have to apply most blushes very sheerly with a fiber optic brush, but this is light enough I could apply it a bit heavier if I wanted to. I also love the matte finish. I don't have Benefit Dandelion to compare it to, but I would recommend this blush for anyone looking for a light peachy-pink blush!

Totally natural, pretty,Review by Kaitlyn C.
Totally natural, pretty, fool-proof blush. I think it must be impossible to overdo this one, especially when using the *amazing* fibreoptic blush brush (as a reviewer has already mentioned).
I reach for this blush when I don't want to look obviously "made-up" but still want to look fresh and lively. Perfect for pale girls, light girls and girls who are closer to the medium branch of the scale, like me. I think this shade is also universally flattering for both cool and warm skin tones.

I love this!Review by Terri B.
I love this! Good as a light natural blush, but I've found another great use. If I mix a small amount with sunscreen or moisturizer in my hand, it makes a great brightening base. (Think makeup forever HD color primer, or smashbox color correcting primer.) Works great to even skin tone without looking made up.

Love this, and will keep ordering more! Awesome!

Beautiful! The swatchReview by Michelle W.
Beautiful! The swatch is very true to the actual color. I was kind of hoping it would look more like the close up of the powder, but it looks more like the actual swatch. This is a universally flattering color for anyone, especially us pale girls. I use the Silk Naturals fiberoptic blush brush (which if you don't have yet, you really should get it, it's the best blush brush EVER for us pale ladies or those who like sheerer application) and it goes on sheer but easily buildable. This is one of the most lovely blushes I've ever used. This & the Orgasm dupe are two must haves!

Petal Is Perfect.Review by Rhys M.
Petal Is Perfect. Gorgeous, gorgeous natural flush pink, and absolutely goof-proof even if you're very fair. I still can't get over this one.

Pair it up with a touch of Beach Bunny bronzer for a healthy glow, and try XOXO for a lippie.

Petal is DIVINE!Review by Susan S.
Petal is DIVINE! I love this new blush b/c it's so wearable and light enough that you really can't overdo it. I have Benefit's Dandelion and this is an EXACT match. I much prefer to wear SN products rather than commercial makeup, and I am thrilled that Karen has duped this. I didn't even bother to sample it b/c I knew the F/S would be perfect and it is!
