Oil Slick- Black Glimmer

Oil Slick has a jet black base with TONS of gold, silver, and color shifting glimmers.  It's a fantastic liner, a dramatic lid color.  This is a pure pigment.  It needs to be worn over some sort of a sticky base to avoid fall-out.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Silica Also contains : Iron Oxides, Tin Oxide, Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Synthetic Fluorophylogopite
