Magnum- black with silver twinkle- compare to UD Creep*

$4.50

Description

Details

Magnum is an ever so slightly pearlescent black with silver twinkles.  It's a great liner color, a dramatic crease color.

Dare to compare this with Urban Decay's Creep. It's every bit as gorgeous, but made without talc, binders, or preservatives. Silk Natural's loose shadows are packed with pigment and blend beautifully.

The description sounds close to our color Blackheart- but there are some differences.  Blackheart really only best as a liner color- it's ultra pigmented, and has big chunks of silver glitter.  Magnum is a more subtle, blendable version that would look great as a dramatic lid or crease color.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Magnesium Myristate, Magnesium Stearate, Boron Nitride, Silica Also contains : Iron Oxides, Tin Oxide

Magnum is not really pitch black; in the jar it looks more taupe; i see a lot of brown; so, for me it's not too dark; i have to work and layer to get it dark enough; still searching;; I have coal and that is really black, but matte, so I thought magnum would be a good crease; for me, it's better in day; I don't see glitter at all once applied; I do use it for a daytime dark crease (i like bold makeup) like with chucklehead, but not heavy dark black if that's what you're aiming for . . .

I received this as a GWP, but it is just to harsh against my fair skin. I was hoping the shimmer would soften the black enough to make it workable as a liner color, but unfortunately this was not to be. If you are able to wear black eyeliner, I think this would be a really pretty option, as the pearlescence is very nice.
