Diablo- Bright Red Vegan Blush- compare to NARS Exhibit A

Diablo is a warmer toned matte red.  It's highly pigmented- unless you have a very deep skin tone you'll need a fiber optic blush brush, or to dilute it with a bit of Perfecting Powder.  Diablo is our clone of NARS Exhibit A blush.

While it's fantastic as a blush it also works incredibly well as a setting powder for red lippies.  Just dab some on top of Vroom, or Crimson for a gorgeous matte red lipstick that stays in place all day!

Samples are 1/8 teaspoon in a 5 gram jar.  Full size is 1-1/2 teaspoons (7 ml)  in a 10-gram sifter jar.

Ingredients:  Mica, Silica, Iron Oxide, FD&C color

A note about clones: We clone products so you can have the colors that you love, but with much better ingredients. Because we don't use talc, bismuth oxychloride, binders, petroleum products or preservatives in our color formulas there may be some slight differences between the original and the SN clone.

This blush is better than Exhibit A in several ways, number one it is vegan yay! Number two it gives more of a sheer look or stain look rather than a heavy chalky look. It really does look like a natural flush, a trick for those who need it to be more warm or cool is to add a bit of a highlighter in an icy pink to make it more cool or a peach or orange on top to make it a bit warmer while still having that natural flush!

Just this past month I decided to go all natural with my makeup products. I've been 100% natural skincare wise for a year and it was time to fully commit since my skin was hating all the chemicals.

Nars exhibit A had been one of my all time favorite blushes for years and I was decanted to give it up until now. THIS IS THE BEST DUPE EVER!! Comparing side by side I can't believe how indentical they are!

I am beyond impressed with the staying power of this blush it pretty much stains my cheeks all day it's amazing and it doesn't bother my sensitive skin!

The color is so natural looking. Looks just like the flush I get during the winter. I'm about an NC 35-40 with pretty olive/yellow undertones and this color just works!

I love, loveReview by Bomkin B.
I love, love this blush! I only got this at the advice of my sister, expecting to only be able to wear it for special occasions since it looks very, very red and dark.

But believe it or not, it is literally almost the exact same color as my natural flush when I get home from a workout/a walk under the sun or coming in from the cold! And now I can have that look minus the sweaty mess/frozen face whenever I want!

Unfortunately, I have never tried NARS Exhibit so I can't really compare them.

I have warm, medium skin with yellow undertones. I'm usually considered to be pretty dark but not dark enough to be really tanned. I was afraid this would make my cheeks just look dirty but that wasn't the case at all. This is cartoon-like red in the pan, but appears to be a lovely, natural red that's slightly coral-y on my cheeks. It's simply beautiful.

I can't stand the disco-ball look in any makeup, so I love that this blush is matte. No silvery shimmers or chunks in this bby. Yet, it still gives me a subtle glow. Maybe because of how healthy this makes me look.

I will probably repurchase this as long as Karen and her team continues making it! :)

I must giveReview by Holly U.
I must give another warning...you really only need a few specks of this. I have to use even less than Palace (another strong blush color, but in deep orange). I apply it dry (tapping a bit onto the underside of a blank cd-r or whatever mixing palette you have), or mixed with a little moisturizer or with a drop of water (to create a makeshift cheek stain). Even though I'm on the light side, I have strong ashy green tones (and yellow..maybe even orange since I've been eating carrots and sweet potatoes for more than a month straight) in my skin so it doesn't look as cute on me. It's not totally unflattering or clashing with my skin tone, but to achieve that doll-like Snow White red apple cheeks, my skin would have to be extremely fair with little undertones showing. Diablo is also a tad too warm for me. I would have to try another color for my weird transforming skin tone. Too bad since Diablo is such a striking color...I wonder if Silk Naturals has a lip product equivalent to this. This would be fantastic on the lips.

This blush gives me a perfect "I've only had one glass of wine" flush. I apply it with the medium fiber optic brush, very sparingly. I am definitely the Snow White type and I feel beautiful like a porcelain doll when I wear this.

Want those perfectReview by Mona Tabita M.
Want those perfect doll cheeks that aren`t pink? This blush is perfect for that!
(If you want really pink color, go for Tart or Tarte Light, also doll-worthy)

I am fair -
( in the fairer end of the medium color in the summertime)
-So this pop of color makes me feel so fresh even when I don`t feel so perky!

I don`t use a fiber optic for this one actually. I use a big and very fluffy rounded brush that is dedicated to this Diablo blush only to keep the true red color as it is.

I tap a littlebit of red blush into a small bowl I have, and swirl the brush into the blush so the color is evenly coated onto the brush. Then taps the brush and swirl carefully onto the apples of my cheeks. Perfect doll-like cheeks without any streaks. It gives just a soft dab of the most perfect and carefull red you could ever want.
Even if you are called Snow White and live in the woods with Doc, Happy and Bashfull, this blush is for you too! Just make sure you use a brush that is soft and fluffy, and you will be fine.

To sum up:
This blush is red.
This blush is not red with some pink undertones to it.
It is not red with some peach in it either.
It is red.
What you see on the swatch, is what you get.
And it is good.
It`s aaaaaall good ... :)
