point reward system

anybody noes how the point reward system works? my order is shipped out, but when i click the points thingy at my account, it says i don't qualify for any?

Since it is a new offering, I would email Karen on this one through the website. If I had experience with the technical side, I certainly would let you know.

I have the same issues~ I've ordered over $50 worth and still no points =(

We are definitely looking into this. We probably will not know until Monday. <Whispers:> I am sorry that we can't get to it sooner but I think someone in charge of the web admin. has an Anniversary. Shhhhh! ;)

Hi Girls!
I'm waving at all of you! I just checked the P&R system and it *seems* to be working properly- the system is supposed to go through and approve the pending points every 24 hours- so they may not be showing in your account right away.

If it does seem to be acting strange- either PM me or contact me through the site with your real name so I can check your account.

It is my anniversary today- 9 years! Time to go get glammed up for dinner!

It works now! Well it says pending and processing but it shows my orders in the point system at least =D
