Cloud vs. Illuminating Powder... or Both?

I'm trying to streamline my makeup routine, so I don't want to add too many additional steps, but as I get older those lines around my eyes and forehead need more help. I want to blur them and give my skin a dewy look, so I thought about adding a bit of Close-Up Illuminating Powder to my medium coverage foundation so it would be a little less matte. I also thought about getting some Translucent Cloud to blur my fine lines, but would this be necessary if I'm adding the Illuminating Powder to the foundation? Do they serve a similar purpose?

OR, if there is a Magic Eraser for those pesky wrinkles I'd love to know about it!
