Limelight hd glittery?

Hi,
I'm wondering how glittery limelight hd is? I know it's listed as a 3, but I've found 3 can vary based on size and color of shimmer. I'm looking to use as a highlight on my eyelids and don't do well with really shimmery things bc of hooded lids, plus allergies and I rub my eyes often leaving shimmer all over my face:))
