skincare help! looking for a serum to lighten my PIH

hi!! i use tretinoin almost every night for acne. i'm pretty clear now, but have leftover hyperpigmentation i'd like to fade. i'm basically looking for something to soothe my skin, add a hydrating layer, provide antioxidants, and fade my marks. 
my skin is pretty sensitive and dry from my acne meds, but also i still need to watch out for new acne too.
mama's helper looks like what i want, but wanted to ask here on the forum. thanks!!
current routine below
morning:
splash with water in the morning
cerave pm + benzoyl peroxide
spf 30 or higher sunscreen
night:
cleansing oil
cerave hydrating cleanser
cerave pm
wait 20 mins
tretinoin gel
wait before bed > shea butter
