I just put a few new things on the site under the category Gumballs. I make stuff- a lot of stuff and for one reason or another it doesn't make it to the site. Generally it's because I'm running behind releasing a collection,and just can't handle one more detail- so a project, even though it's been made- gets backburnered- sometimes indefinately. We have piles of concoctions around the shop- all new, all perfectly wonderful, and hopefully most likely something you'd like to try.

So I made the category for Gumballs- the theory is that it's kind of like a gumball machine- you pony-up 2 quarters, and you get a little treat. It's a guiltless indulgence. Some are things that might make it to the site, some are experiments, some are things I just had to make- at least once just to see if I could, but don't necessarily want to make them every day. There will be somethings that I made- and are cool, but I need a little input or feedback or a good way to use it. The Vitamin C powder is in this category- I've taken the formula as far as I can by myself- so you get to try it for $.50!! I do make all of my own toiletries- so sometimes there will be things where I made a batch of something, and am sharing.

The quantities are limited- there may only be a few of a certain thing, so if you see something you want grab it before someone else does. We're not that big of a company so stuff will probably be up for at least a couple of days- but no guarantees. I'll switch them out pretty frequently.

This sounds like such a fun idea, Karen! Btw I still haven't managed to work the Vit C powder into my daily routine. Anyone care to share how they use it?

Hi Karen, I just noticed this category today, and was wondering how long it had been up, lol. anyway, i just made another order (2nd one in about a week - can anyone say obsessed?!?) with the vit c powder, and i can't wait to try it!

I just changed the name to "Cheap Thrills" because I was going through some stuff in the shop and thought "hmmm the girls might want this"- but the packaging for it is more pricey than just a regular jar or baggie...think spritzes, and things like that. Still keeping things at under $1.00 though.

I think this is such a great idea! Every time I make an order I'll be getting those.

I'm hoping that the mix-in vit c powder and the face scrub will still be around when I'm ready for SN Haul #3

the gumballs are so fun! i liked the sugar scrub--especially after i rinsed it off--my hands are so soft, and i only used a little bit! smelled great too. i can't wait to try the microdermabrasion cream and the ACTive powder.

I have been a huge fan of the ACTive Powder for months, but I just got my first shot at the Creamsicle Sugar Scrub. I love it. It left my skin so soft. I hope this makes it to the product line!

I am also liking the microdermabrasion cream. My skin is to sensitive in the winter for the microdermabrasion cream I have used for years, but this one was very moisturizing and still does a good job. It is definitely worth a sample.
