Hi,
I am new here. I'm a little overwhelmed by all these fabulous colors!

I am just wondering if there has been any sharing regarding color combinations suitable for oriental skin tone?

I am oriental, pretty fair, and my skin has a slight yellowish undertone. I am a "cool" color person, and reds with a blue undertone typically do well for me. Any advice is appreciated, esp with regards to blush and lip colors!

I think you will find that our Asian customers have quite a bit of variation in their recipes. If you have strong yellow tones, I recommend Buttery Gold. I would say that many who don't have strong yellow in their skintone wear a combination of either Ebony and Warm Gold, or Ebony and Buttery Gold as their color base. Since you mention some yellow but that you are drawn to cooler colors, I am betting the Ebony and Buttery Gold Mix for your color base. Pretty fair would be a 1Ebony:1Buttery:12 or more scoops Ivory. The scoop comes in the kit. I'd go with samples first.

For blush colors that work well with cooler tones try Tart Light, Blossom, Babydoll, Charming, Lady, Carnal, Pretty Plum, or Petal. Climax and its more pigmented parter, Satisfied are on the warmish side, but they seem to flatter all skintones.
Check this thread for blush swatches. My arm is pretty neutral for your reference.

Lippies are harder to recommend without knowing what you like. For example, if your lips are naturally brownish and you like pinks, you will need a stronger pink lippie. It is the same if your lips are pinkish/reddish and you like browns, you need our stronger browns. So I guess I'd like to know what your natural lip color is, and what lip color you like best.

Well, I have dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. My complexion has a slight yellowish undertone, though not too much. Lips.... pinkish but with a brownish undertone, esp at the edges. I favour plum-ish colors and wine shades. I am tempted to try pinkish blushes like tart, but I am a little shy .. don't want to look like a seventeen year old.. you know what I mean?

If you like plumish tones, your best bet for a nude gloss will be Fig Leaf. For plum with shimmer, try Sugar Plum or Infatuation. Those are all under Lips- Organic Gloss.

Sugar plum is a fantastic shade!! Plums look good on my yellow skin. I'm not Asian but I use a combination of ebony and buttery gold to make my foundation. I also like to wear Pretty Plum blush a lot for the same reason. I have trouble seeing your coloring in your avatar but you look like you might wear buttery gold?... Jen is better at this sort of thing than just about anybody on here so I'd say take her advice.

I second zeebs on Sugar plum being a fantastic shade.

Its one of my go-to colours when I just want a little "pep" on my face but don't want to go full-out red lips with Morello or Hot Blooded.

Welcome! If you like cool colours, I'd recommend Pout Lip Gloss. All the blush colours that Jen suggested are nice. My favorite is Tart Light and I don't look like a 17yo!
