Matching Cream Blush

Hi everyone.
I'm always obsessing about lipsticks, glosses and blush colors, and I wonder if you can help me.
I love birthday suit, but I want a matching cream blush. Since I'm 49 with slightly dry skin, powder blush
looks way too dull. The birthday suit itself is a little too sheer to use as a blush. It looks quite nice, but it comes off too quickly. So I was thinking that maybe I could use one of the lipsticks. So my question is, do you think the lipsticks can be used as a blush, and which one will match birthday suit the best?
And, if the lipsticks aren't going to work, would you guys consider making some cream blushes? That is definitely on my wishlist, especially if you can make some bronzey neutrals that aren't too pink, purple or red. :D

Mati,
You just totally peaked my curiosity...I just ran into my bathroom and tried my Bliss lip cream as a cream blush...
it was awesome!! Very pretty! Bliss is supposed to be the lipstick equivalent to Birthday Suit. I don't have B-day Suit but I like Bliss a lot. I think your idea works great! I rubbed a small amount onto my fingers and then applied to my cheeks. Thanks for the cool idea :)

Far out! That is exactly what I needed to know. I just noticed that my birthday suit was clashing with my coral red blush, and I thought it would look a lot better if the blush was matching the lips. I like sheer lipsticks, but they don't have enough pigment for the cheeks. But if the bliss lipstick works as a blush, that solves my problem!
So, here is another idea. What about a container with two compartments, one side with a sheer glossy version for the lips, and the other side with the same color, and less shine but more pigment, for the cheeks. Then blush and lipgloss would match perfectly, and you would have a choice how much coverage or gloss you wanted on the lips. Ghee! I wish I knew how to make lip glosses! It sounds like a lot of fun :!:

I just bought Bliss and Delight, and they both work great as cream blushes! If you have one of these lipsticks, try it, and you'll see! :D
