Hi all!
I'm looking at making my own setting powder, as the ones I currently use in about a 1-to-1 ratio above are talc-based and have lots of different parabens. They do give good results on my normal/dehydrated skin.
Was wondering what setting powder would be similar, and if I would need to add either yellow, white, or one of the tonal foundations to achieve similar results.
The result is a pale white matte, but not drying, brightening powder to use over areas you've highlited your face but still want to powder. I am very pale, about an NC10— leaning very yellow. Any tips or guesses on the recipe are greatly appreciated!

We don't have anything with cornstarch and rice powder either.
I recommend a sample of this: http://www.silknaturals.com/store/index ... cloud.html
It does come in yellow, but it is more for medium skintones.

Ok cool! And then buy white foundation and yellow corrector to see the right ratios to get the right white-yellow tint?JenW wrote:We don't have anything with cornstarch and rice powder either.

You can try that, too. You can also add yellow tint to any of the white face powders. Just go slowly. The face powders are usually translucent. Once the tint starts to show, it can quickly get to
