Problems with SN site ?

I put an order in for some of the new Matte l/S and when used my 100 points to my order and when into Pay Pal the order would not go through...? did it twice and it ate my point but would not put my order in. Help SN ? THKS

You may want to contact them directly. I never had problems with Paypal but had an issue with my points being used up when I was playing around with an order and the cost. They contacted me promptly and went above and beyond to resolve my issue!

Hi Cristy! I did check in my PP account it never went through That is why I posted the question here. When I tired to enter the PP login it just acted like it was frozen. The after a few more tries of starting over I saw that it was the same issue and my points were gone. I was hoping Karen or Jen would be able to help? Im thinking it was with the SN site because I never got to get into my PP account. It was stopped from the SN site and never went in PP ...that's why it never showed up there.

I wish I could be of help, but I can't do much from here. I recommend an email to HQ with as much detail as possible. It might take a bit to track down the problem, especially since there have not been others posting here with the same experience. It might be isolated. If your points are lost, I am pretty sure something can be done to fix that.

I think when the site first relaunched they had some issues with this. Just use the form on the website and they'll fix it

Thanks, Karen:0) It still would not go from the email that was sent. But I went into my PP account and it was okay to pay it from there. Thanks again :0)

HELP! The site will not let me put anything in my cart. I even get a warring from Microsoft that the SITE IS UNSAFE in a RED PAGE. It states that my personal information could be at risk. Can you help to see if this a real issue or just a crazy day THANKS

I don't see anything weird from here. But I have Norton Antivirus at home. I can put stuff in the cart.

Have you sent Karen an email? (I will do this, too.)

Edit to add: One thing to try: Clearing cache and cookies? Maybe?
