Can I use a physical exfoliator like a Dead Sea salt scrub once a week while using the AHA toner every other night? Or is that too much exfoliation, since the AHA toner is a chemical exfoliator?

You could try it. If your skin seems a little over exfoliated at that point, just skip a day of AHA. Your skin will definitely tell you if it is too much.
