Serumsicles and Shelf Life

We've been getting some emails lately about skin care items being frozen solid in mail boxes so I thought I'd post here in case anyone gets a frozen item.

Whatever you get from us is made to withstand pretty extreme temps...we ship EVERYWHERE. On any given day we send things to the really hot Australian outback, all the way up past the Arctic circle. So we make sure to choose ingredients that can handle that.

If you get a package of icy skin care just let it thaw out gently at room temp, and it should be fine. If it sits in a hot mail box for a few days it will be fine too.

Stay warm!!!
