Hi Jen,

I used the Daily Defense serum previously with other SN moisturisers without any problem and recently I purchased the Daily Defense Moisturiser.

When applied together, I got a slightly red face that made me also look like a bit suntanned and remained like this for a few hours. What could have gone wrong?

I am confused on the Serum in question. Did you mean Super Serum?

Yes, the Super Defense Serum, sorry for not being clear.

I can't think of any reason they would react. Were you able to use it with the other moisturizer after the flushing incident? What cleanser do you use? Sometimes they have a low percentage of AHA in them. Knowing the other products in your routine might be helpful.

For me, I know I was able to use Super Serum for a while, but then I developed a sensitivity to it. Of course, my skin reacts to just about everything as I get older due to my rosacea.....
