I am new to Silk Naturals, and I am very excited to try it with all of the glowing reviews that I have read. However, I am having trouble deciding which colors to order and I am hoping that you may be able to help me with this. I currently wear Prescriptives Virtual Matte Oil Control Foundation in Fresh Vellum (Level 3 color with yellow/orange undertones). I believe that this corresponds to the fairly light color palette in Bare Minerals, which I also found to be a decent match. I am hoping to order a medium and/or heavy coverage kit + a few additional products that you might be able to recommend. Thank you in advance for any help that you can offer me.

I am pretty close to a Fairly Light in BE myself. However, I do recommend ordering the Ebony, Warm Gold, and Buttery Gold color bases. I tend to waver between Warm Gold and Ebony somewhere. Others who have similar coloring fall between Ebony and Buttery Gold. I still recommend mixing them up individually initially. In Ebony you will be a 1scoop color:7-8 scoops Ivory. Start at 6 scoops Ivory and adjust from there. In the Warm Gold and Buttery Gold, you will be more like a 1:8-9. Start at 7 and ajust. If postage is an issue for you, you might want to consider ordering doubles of the Ivory.

If I did have to chose one to be your closest match, it would be Warm Gold. You could always simplify and just go for that one.
