Violet eyeshadows

Post by Silverwild » Tue May 21, 2013 3:13 pm

I am looking for suggestions about icy violet eyeshadows, I just love the look of MAC Digit, but as I do not use MAC (they test on animals) I think the perfect place to look for a close match would be here. Any suggestions?
But any suggestions about the Silk Naturals icy violet eyeshadows you like (and why) would be appreciated.
I own (and like) Surge BTW.
I have fair skin, grey hair, blue eyes...

I like Howl a lot- it's nice with Scream. Breathe is gorgeous, but not vegan (has carmine). There's also Astoria in the cream shadows which is a lovely icy lilac.

Ooh they all look nice. I also found Adorn while surfing the website. I found that quite intriguing! It is presently residing in my wishlist... soon to be joined by Howl or Astoria! Thanks Karen.

...as an aside, I bought Chicane a while back, thinking it might be a violet, but it is more like a very slightly violety taupe on me, with the taupe being the more dominant. It is fascinating how different the eyeshadows are when they blend with our natural colours. Chicane is real nice, in a very subdued way.

Personal favorites: Breathe, Pop and Jean Queen - the morphing colors are just so neat! You have to try at least one.

Some other ones to check out: Agent, Ether, Romp, Plush.

Apologizing in advance for how huge you wish list is going to get looking at swatches.
