Brow Stuff??

Hi, gals,
I'm thinking that we need a brow section. I know that many of the shadows can be used for brows. Wouldn't it be great on the website to have them in a separate category with a description specific to their use as brow color? (what complexion/haircolor it matches, etc.) We also need a stiff brow powder brush in Karen's collection so we don't have to buy elsewhere. Anybody agree? L.

L ~ I use the little brush that comes in Karen's brush kit ~ works perfectly! :-) Maybe those of us who've found a good color for our brows could state such in our review. I *think* I did for Truffle, way back when, LOL! Good idea about the site, though!

Well, duh!! I've purchased at least three of those kits and keep giving them away as gifts! I know I took some of the smaller brushes out of one to carry in my purse so I could fit in a mascara. Time to dig through my stash.....I tried some Mousse for brow color today - just right!! I used the small end of the ultimate e/s brush, wasn't thrilled with how it worked on brows, but the color was great. Lauren

YES.

NEED BROW STUFF.

I use brushes from Aveda and BB for my brows, but neither is perfect for that purpose. In general, I love Prescriptives brushes, and my Sephora Professional brush. My SN brush doesn't really work for the brow area. I have the ultimate eyeshadow brush but it is not, unfortunately, the ultimate BROW brush. Overall, I have to say I'm pleased with my SN brush, but I have to be honest here.. the narrow end is amazing but the broad end is almost a little TOO firm and compact (though I must admit it carries color better than any other brush I've ever owned). I prefer my Prescriptives brush for my delicate eyes. As I've said before I have exceptionally thin and sensitive skin.

As I posted before, I also love Mousse for brows (light brown)

Mousse strikes again! :-)

What's great about the little slanted pushbrush that comes in the kit is that it's not *as* flat as other brushes. It has a little body to it, depth if you will, so it makes a wider line. Fatter, fluffier. Really glad I tried it on my brows! I'm blind as a bat without my glasses & really *need* nice short brushes because I need to be close to the mirror, lol.

I completely agree. Mousse, Basalt, Truffle- I did a test run of a brow colored cream liner.

Is anyone using anything else that works?? I have to admit I'm struggling on colors a little bit. Brows are so touchy to get just right.

I like the idea of separate brow items, a wax and a powder. That way you can adjust the amount of each that you need.

I really really am in need of a good brow product. My brows are blonde, and my hair is graying light auburn. I have tried so many products and not found one that is truly right with my coloring, and has staying power. The last thing I want to do is have to touch up my brows during the day. I currently use a bit of BE java that I lighten up a bit. Any of you lovelies have some suggestions about color? Also Karen---I am patiently waiting, because you are such a wiz at product creation, to come up with some sort of long lasting brow product.....please,please!
