Hydrating Serum or Different Moisturizer?

Hey yall. I am 23 with combination, sensitive, acne prone skin. I received a few samples last week, and I am really loving everything so far. However, my skin still feels a little tight after applying my moisturizer, so I'm thinking that I need something else. Would it be better for me to use a hydrating serum after my treatment serum, or should I switch to a different moisturizer? I'm currently using:

Kiss Cleanser
BHA
Awesome Sauce
Hemp Moisturizer

Good options for hydrating serums are Green Tea & Aloe and Oatmeal Serums. Yes, you can use one of them after your Awesome Sauce. For acne prone, I usually recommend the Green Tea & Aloe.
