Swatches are made dry without a base on fair golden skin. Focus is always on the left, Moonstone on the right.
Color intensity
In the shade they appear to have the same intensity but in brighter lights, Focus is a bit darker. Under some angles, Moonstone appears to have an almost white cast.
Color Tone
Both resemble each other a whole lot. Both are taupe and neutral. But Focus is a smidge browner whereas Moonstone is a smidge grey/mauver.
Finish
Focus has a satin finish (matte with an all over sheen), while Moonstone is a matte with very small diamond sparkles.

They really belong to the same family and it'd be hard to depict them for someone who isn't really into make up and colors. But they give something different on eyes. In all, Focus appears like a slightly brown toned taupe with a sheen finish and Moonstone with a matte taupe with slight mauve undertones and tiny diamond sparkles.
