This is for my sister who has dry acne prone skin and no product agrees with her skin! she used to have such great skin but everything changed in last 5-6 years. now she uses a soap called Keto which has controlled her acne ,but thats the only thing she uses !
i feel so sad when i see her skin with all those acne marks &dry rough skin texture!
is there anything that wont break her out but still helps to reform her skin texture?

Definitely proceed with caution for anything you try. This is my most basic reccommendation. I think the first thing I would address is some of the dryness. Maybe try Green Tea & Aloe Serum. Hemp Moisturizer might be a good final layer. Add one at a time for at least a few weeks.

Generally (am & pm):
Cleanse: The soap is working....stick with it.
Hydrate: Green Tea & Aloe Serum
Moisturize: Hemp Moisturizer

Unfortunately, skin always goes through stages of change as we age. Hormone levels change, health also changes, environments change.... we just have to do what we can to adapt.
