I was just wondering how many of you that use SN foundation spritz with a hydrosol (or similar) after applying foundation? Please answer even if you don't :D

If so, what do you use?

Thanks for your input!

I don't spritz, but if I did, I would use Garden of Wisdom Lavendar or Rose Geranium Hydrosol. Mostly because I love them and always have them on hand.

It depends on the condition of my skin. I will do one of the following to prep for makeup application:

1. Lavendar and coconut lotion from Organic Fiji (light moisturizer)
2. Balancing infusion for sensitive skin from Aveda (for inflammation/acne)
3. Spritz with Aveda's Carribean Therapy flower water
4. Spritz with homemade water/essential oil mixture.

My skin does need to be moisturized to hang on to makeup. It's so dry!

Starlight, I always spritz to "set" my makeup for the day. Always!

i alwyas spritz. always. i LOVE to spritz! I use sarafina/snowyhillgardens lavender hydrosol but that's not available for purchase anymore. i recently ordered some from gow too but haven't spritz it yet (need to do that) and i like mmbb!
spritzing is great. it sets and melds your makeup, hydrates skin, and smells so good! lol

I find with SN Foundation, it works better for me if I spritz. It lasts longer the finish is lovely. I use simple 'ol Evian aerosol water. And if I can't find that then either Vichy or Avene.

Technically, Evian mineral water and an atomiser would work as well and save me money. But I'm laaazyyyyy.....=P

I always spritz. You can use just plain water if you want to. Or if you just want to get rid of any powderyness then you can just take a damp wash cloth and lay it on your face for a few seconds and it will get rid of any powdery look. If you want to set your makeup and help it last longer then I would use a water and glycerin mix or you can buy MAC Fix + (this is the best one I have EVER used) just play around with things and find something you like, but I do believe that it helps your makeup last a little bit longer and keeps it in place. :D

I use GOW strawberry hydrating spritz. I love the dewy look and it is very refreshing, even a spritz at midday.

Do you spritz before or after you put on foundation?

I’ve never tried spriting after. If I apply my foundation wet I do it by spritzing my flat top or kabuki and than applying foundation.

Do you find that spritzing makes applying blush or eye shadow harder?
