Got some samples and I developed red hot cheeks. Washed my face after applying toner and moisturizer and went back my old routine (face lift serum) and all was ok. Is there a good moisturizer (heavy) that does not have aloe? Thanks!!!

Did you try the Argan & Goji Berry Moisturizer?

(Also, what did you try?)

I used the Lavender Toner, rehydration serum and Intensive Moisturizer. I will try the Argan tonight as I have a sample of that. Any other toner for dry skin that doesn't contain aloe?

I just did my night routine and had the same problem again with the argan....welts and red rashing appearing within 5 minutes. washed and dried used old routine. 3 hours later thought I'd try the cucumber peptide and same welts but right where i applied the eye cream. Hmmm any ideas what may be causing this? I've had no problems with the FaceLift Serum which I adore!!

Maybe aloe and sorbitol? I am just guessing based on comparison of the ingredient lists. Sometimes it is the preservative, but you seem to be fine with the preservative in the Facelift which is what seems to be used in most products.

I think in your case for a moisturizer, I would try something like Oatmeal Serum (about three squirts in the hand) blended with an oil like Argan Oil or Avocado Oil (trying to think of something heavier) in the hands and then applied to the face. I actually do this with Green Tea & Aloe Serum (obviously not for you!) and seabuckthorn oil for my moisturizer on most days. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea. My skin only seems to be getting more finicky with age.
