They look almost identical, what's the difference?

Ingredients. They actually work differently on the skin in how they bend light a little. I don't find them interchangeable, and I prefer the Perfecting Powder over the Blur. However, you will find that some prefer the Blur. If you are undecided, try a sample of each.

I was looking at the regular, not the vegan version, but it looks like the magnesium mica versus regular mica is the big difference?

It is not specifically the ingredients themselves, but how they perform on the skin. The textures are different, too, as is even the shade of white they start as. I am guessing ratios are different, too.
I have to go back and edit.....Blur is not vegan....

Hello,
I already have the tinted oil control blur powder but I find it too powdery on me (too mat also), even if I only apply a little bit. I'm searching for something more natural, would the perfecting powder be that kind of product ?

The finishes are different. Perfecting Powder is just a tad glowier (even though it still is nothing like glow) than Blur, especially the tinted versions of Perfecting Powder.
