Aside from the pregnancy, she has dry sensitive skin and gets some breakouts and eczema patches.

I would get her some Unscented Body Butter for all over.

Are you looking for a facial moisturizer, too? I might need a little more info to recommend one of those. However, the Camellia Passionfruit is a nice light moisturizer that is pregnancy safe.
