We bought a house!!!
Just wanted to ::squee:: that we bought a house! We knocked out a wall, ripped up carpets, and stained some floors, but it really is lovely. To top it off we managed to get a house on 1.22 acres in the middle of hershey, pa (which means our move was only a mile- same pretty town, same distance to work, slightly further from the noise of the roller coasters at hershey park). We're raising money on facebook/gofundme to fence in an acre for our dog to play leash free (our last apt was fenced, she's not thrilled about the leash), but we're unpacking and adjusting well. WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!! yay!

p.s. when it comes to decorating, holding up mineral eyeshadow pots to the walls to sample for colours is the way to go

Sam, that is awesome! I know that you and Bob worked very hard for this and made a lot of sacrifices but in the end it was worth it!
