Which serums when with which moisturizers?

Facelift in the daytime/Super serum at night, or vice versa?

And would you all recommend layering it with a moisturizing serum like oatmeal or green tea and aloe, or with a true moisturizer like emu? (daytime I usually need a sunscreen, so I'm thinking primarily at night)

I usually recommend Super Serum in the morning, and build around that (which leaves Facelift at night for you). You can layer the more hydrating serums like Oatmeal or Green Tea & Aloe with the more treatment type serums as needed. Then add your moisturizer if you need one. More humid climates can sometimes skip the moisturizer, but drier climates usually require something to keep the hydration in the skin.

(And a sunscreen in the daytime is always a good idea!)

I usually do treatment serum first (facelift/super/awesome sauce/vitc) then hydrating serum second (green tea/oatmeal). My choices are AS and Oatmeal. Then moisturizer.

I do treatment serum first, then hydrating serum, and because my skin is a bit dry, I add Argan at night and my sunscreen in the morning. I use Super Serum at night because I'm somewhat sensitive to it, so if it makes me red, it doesn't matter :)

JenW, any particular reason you recommend the Super Serum during the day? I would have guessed the opposite...

For those of us that use chemical exfoliators (AHA and BHA Toners)....I always recommend those at night as the skin is the most sun sensitive immediately following their use. Since Super Serum does not react well with those exfoliators, it is a built in way to keep them in separate applications by using Super Serum in the morning. And it is still very easy to forget they react. (Ask me how I know. ;) ) Also, the Venuceane does help a little with the sun during the day, but it should not be used in place of a good sunblock.

You can, of course, use it whenever you like as long as there are no chemical exfoliators in your routine.
