After a very long and sometimes painful but mostly fun journey, I became a US citizen on Wednesday It was very emotional, and it hasn't completely hit me, but I did have a lovely day just for myself.
I also changed my name, so another journey starts through the bureaucracy maze, wooo, hehehe.

To tie it in, I wore the following (with a silk black shirtdress):
eyes: Heat all over lid, with a bit of Social in the inner third, highlighted with Juiced.
cheeks: Amuse topped with Ginger
lips: Combustion topped with Hot Flush.

Congrats, that's awesome. I hear that the US is one of the all time toughest nations to become a citizen of but it reminds me of a quote from a film that said "American citizenship is tough and you've got to want it bad because it puts up a fight, that with tremendous freedoms come tremendous responsibilities..." It's the land where anything is possible, so yeah, you go girl (hehe favourite Americanism!) and live life to the max! They're a lucky country to have you.
