Blackheart: how dark?

So I purchased Slick and Rebel, thinking Blackheart would be too dark. But now I think Rebel isn't quite dark enough... so how much darker is Blackheart than Rebel? I don't want it to look really black, more of a charcoal look... do you think it would work? I can't wear black eyeliner (that is what the description says to use as the criterion) but I can wear black mascara in moderation.

It's black black. Charcoal black (real charcoal not the shade charcoal). Darker than raven. It's stark. Good if you want black black, notsomuch if you don't.

Blackheart is the blackest black i have every come across! So probably not what you want. But i have to say it is great. I have never found a black that doesn't go charcoal, but Blackheart is so good.
Raven is probably what you are looking for. It's charcoal-y to me.

Yes...what they said- it's "prescription strength" black. I've used Basalt with it and that's a good one- the brown picks up on the brown in Slick and makes a nice combo.

Okay. Glad I asked. I will look at Basalt and Raven. Oh, and can someone describe Wild Woman for me? Would that work with Rebel/Slick or as a black shade that isn't quite black?

I just had one of those "why don't I wear this more often" moments with Wild Woman- it's the same charcoal as Raven with blue shimmer on top. I do like this with Slick quite a bit. I really like black eye liner though- I'm on the fence about the "official" recommendation- you'll probably get more mileage out of Basalt, but i'm really into the Slick/Wildwoman look I have on at the moment.
