That curly gel

I got a whole bunch chopped off my hair, and it looks like the curly gel (whatever it's called) is working better in it, yay! I remember seeing it somewhere in that forum that it's easy to refresh it the next morning, but forgot how. Any suggestions? I kinda remember that it involved spraying water, but not sure if I have to add more gel or the water just reactivates it? Dun wanna end up with dried locks for work
Would it work if I mixed the gel into water and spray it that way? What would be the ratio? I wouldn't premix much, because I know the water can make it go bad faster, but it would be more convenient to just spray on and crunch (that is, if I need more gel to re-activate) than having to deal with the gel again. Makes me fingers feel eeeky, heh.

I use just plain water to reactivate it, and then maybe a little dab more of the gel if it seems to need it (we have days where it's 90% humid here).

Got it! I gave it a shot and tried it that way this morning, but i feel my hair a bit dry (have been an ongoing issue for me, so I don't blame the gel). I think next time after spraying with water I'll mix some of the hair oil with the gel and scrunch that in for extra softness, shine and scent

This works! I spray to wet my hair (no dripping), then mix two drops of Lush Locks with about half a pea size of curly gel and work it into my hair: just like new

My hair is slightly past shoulder-length, so if yours is longer, you may need more stuff. I got my haircut 10 days ago, and it hasn't seen a hair dryer since, yay!

I am falling in love with both the volume gel n curl gel. Its gives me a nice soft volumed hair. I stopped using it for a while thinking that it is not doing its job, but than just few days ago I went back to it and love the texture of my hair and the softness. My hair got volume. It has been dry lately as I changed to tea tree oil shampoo... Today I mixed both and used it on my hair and voila it looks great...shiny and soft. I just put in the 4 oz in my cart. Thanks karen. Love all your products.. God bless.
