Recs for a primer, everyday eyeshadow, and lippie?

I have very oily skin and use the All Purpose Foundation and Oil Control Blur. (My oily skin can sometimes get dehydrated so that why I went for the all purpose and not the original). Anyway, the combination is working pretty well, but I was hoping to get a light primer to help smooth at my skin more. My skin is also fair and sensitive, so I'd like a primer that has basic/soothing ingredients, not another blur. Any suggestions?
I could use some eyeshadow for everyday use. More in the neutral/natural range that can just enhance my eyes.
I'd like a sheer to medium pigmented lippie for my pale lips. Something like berry/pink, like a just flushed look. I heard Bitten is good?
Btw, I'm 1 Olive: 12 Ivory. Dark brown eyes and hair. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
