Lippie Help, Please

I lurve SN lippies and am hoping for some lipcolor advice/feedback. I have Seedy, which is too dark for me. I'm looking at Berry Nice. Could anyone tell me if Berry Nice is lighter than Seedy? Or how it compares to Infatuation? Or Whirlwind? TIA!
ETA: I have both Infatuation, which I wear a lot, and Whirlwind, which I wear some. Looking for comparisons of Berry Nice to Infatuation in terms of depth of color. For instance, would Berry Nice be lighter or deeper than Infatuation? How might it compare in tone? I was thinking that Berry Nice would be lighter than Seedy since it is pinker in tone.

Seedy and Berry Nice are incredibly close to each other- so close that for a while Seedy was actually discontinued. There is a difference, but my guess is that if Seedy is too dark that Berry Nice will be too.
Have you looked at something like Damsel? Same texture and finish, but it's pink.

Well, shucks!

I had Damsel quite some time ago, but did not repurchase although I don't remember why I didn't. I like mauvey/pinky/plummy tones, just not as dark as Seedy. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for your reply!
ETA: Kisser Slickers and Vegan Kisser Slickers are my favorite formulas.

Have you considered Very Berry or Soft? They are more on the pinker side, but still similar to Seedy, just not as dark. Daydream may be a nice one for you too.

Thanks so much for the suggestions, egerandi.

I do have Soft; Very Berry was pretty but kind of bright on me, according to my DD. Will look into Daydream. Hadn't noticed it before.

I wonder if Seedy might be just what I'm looking for

I'm liking Wistaria except that it's too light for me (I'm wearing it over something that's too dark and together they're great, lol) and I prefer minimal or no shimmer and like sheers. I do best in colors that are right in the middle -- not too light, not too dark -- but if Seedy is sheer enough it just might work. I was looking at the cools instead of the neutrals since there's a lot of blue in my lips and leaning toward Hibiscus, but it's shimmery and not very violet. Figment also looks interesting, but I'm confused about whether or not it's shimmery -- it's described as a shimmer, but then it gets a 0 on the shimmer scale. Simmer looks like a beautiful blue/red on my monitor l but worry that it might be too dark for me. Any thoughts?

Sounds like Seedy may just work for you: it's sheer, so you can make it lighter or darker if you want, and it's definitely more darker in tone than Wistaria (my current go-to blue pink).
I like Hibiscus, but I usually layer it under Shrieking Violet for the full effect and don't wear it by itself. Figment is not really shimmery but has a nice sheen to it (not as glassy/glossy as the liquid ones, but not as shimmery as say Very Berry). It leans more into the plum/wine colors, not really berry.
Unfortunately, I could not make Simmer work for me by itself, and have other ones I use for layering, so I can't say much about it. I think it was just too bright dark pink for me, but not in a good way.
If you like Wistaria, btw, you could try Innocent to cover your dark color instead to get a different effect. They almost look the same color on my lips.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the ideas! I was wondering about Shrieking Violet. The swatch of Simmer that I've been looking at looked more like a blue/red than a dark pink... I made sure to calibrate the color on my monitor, but I guess things still won't always come through in their true color. Your input is really helpful!

Stop wondering, start adding to cart

It really is a lovely statement color if you like cool pinks. It's great in itself but even better layered over others - I also layer it over Seedy for a different effect, so you could use that lippie for this purpose and won't go to waste!
