Hi karen

I would love to see Silk Natural do it's own lip Balm (with some with a hint of colour & flavour :D )

Is this possible in the foreseeable future?

thanks

Hi, Sarah!

Hmmmm...the original Kisser Slickers are what I use as balm ~ Ashley, Sarrah, Darling,Foreplay, etc. I don't own the plain version; I like a kiss of color! :D You want something different from them? I personally love the flavored ones, too!

I would love to see an overnight lip treatment that comes in a tin (not a stick).

Favorites:
Four Elements (soooo GOOD!) Orange Calendula and Lemon Balm are the best. Calendula for healing dry lips and Lemon Balm for healing cold sores.

Origins used to have a lip balm with white tea in the Perfect World line... I couldn't find it on the Origins site but it's here:

I think a combination of those products would be amazing.
I like that the texture is a little thicker and that they are healing, not just moisturizing. Wouldn't want to wear them under colored gloss or stick, but great on their own for night use.

Thanks Karen!

hey Mikie

yeah usually I use the kisser slickers too, but thanks to english weather it's been windy & raining here almost two weeks straight. My lips got a little chapped and needed more moisturiser then the kisser slickers could provide.

And I think some nice lip balms from silknaturals (especially when in 4 months time winter will be here) would make a lovely addiction. can you imagine the things karen would come up with!?!?!?!??!

Zeeb: Your suggestions sound amazing. Don't mine a stick or tin just some lip balm that heals, moisturuses and protects.

Yes, I certainly *can* imagine wonderfully healing balms crafted by Karen! A certain Moisture Magic ;-) *saved* my hands last winter!

An overnight treatment/healer/moisturizer for lips...with a yummy relaxing flavor/scent...yummmmm.

Flavor..shouldn't be a problem- I finally found a supplier of organic ones- getting them to ship to me quickly has been a bit of an issue- and I'm not sure what they're like, but I apparently have a couple on the way to me. Herbs- no problem- I won't use comfrey because you have to put a warning on the product about liver toxicity, but a little aloe, calendula etc can be really nice.

Improving on Kisser Slickers may be a bit of an issue but I'll give it a go! I can't promise anything- and it may not be very very soon, but I'll try.

Time to do the super fluff for my cousin's wedding! I got my hair cut yesterday including bangs/fringe which I haven't had in years...wish me luck, I'm going to need it!

Well we're back and I have a new cousin in law! It was a beautiful wedding and a lot of fun.

I wore a mix of the original coverage and medium coverage- and then I went for symbolism with the eye shadow colors. I wore Lichen for symbiosis, Mahogany for strength, Whisper for quiet harmony, Bling for prosperity, and Frenchie for lots of kisses. The golds, greens and just the little bit of pink from the Whisper actually blended together very well. Tart light was the blush, and of course- Beloved for the lippie. I don't have a great closeup of the shadows- but this is my husband, myself, my brother, and sister in law all spiffed up.

The hair...I'm not so sure about- it's growing on me but a new cut just takes a little bit of getting used to. I have very strange wavy/frizzy/fine hair, so I went with a low ponytail and lotsa hairspray so it would all stay in place.

I love your dress, Karen! You all look great in the pic. I agree with Mikie, your use of symbolism on the eyeshadow colors is a very neat way of expressing your wishes for the couple, even if they had no idea!
