It can definitely be resolved, but the forum can't really help much with a Customer Service issue, which is why we generally don't encourage posts here about those kinds of things. It is not that we are trying to hide anything, but that you get the most prompt service by skipping the steps that can't help the situation. I am here to reassure you that it will be corrected, but you need to email through the website so we can get all of your information in a private manner which also protects you as the customer. Someone will be able to re-award the points you have earned, once we take a moment to get it all sorted.
