Perfecting powders - how do you apply?

Hopefully an easy question that someone can tell me the answer! If you use a perfecting powder on its own, do you buff it like the foundation powder? and if you use it over the top of foundation how do you apply it? buff, powder brush or?

Hi landlord,
the perfecting powder is a very light and airy powder that don`t need any buffing at all. In fact, neither of Silk Naturals products need a lot of heavy buffing.
If you apply the perfecting powder on no makeup days just brush it gently over your skin and that`s it. If you wear it as finishingpowder the same thing applies, just brush/sweep it over your face and you are good to go!

What she said above, and I would recommend the fluffy fiber optic brush for it:

I used it for all my finishing powders, and it gives the perfect amount of finish.
