Lemon oil salve

I would love if that great little gumball balm would come back that had lemon oil in it.
Cold sore season came early for me this year (boooo), and it was really helpful in keeping them at bay last year.
Could be the power of persuasion combined with the lemon oil, dun care, I would buy a fullsize today!
Maybe even with a little lavender or tea tree oil to boost the powers?

Please? :)

I've been thinking about different potions lately. Do you want it in a tube, or in a tin? As I recall I think it was firm enough for a tube, but it doesn't really last that long on your lips...a tin might be a bit better. Either way is fine by me. I'm thinking a little calendula might be good too.

The gumball was a little crumbly, and as I'm applying around my lips anyway, I would prefer a tube - easy swiping. I assume wiping the top layer off after using on affected area with a tissue will be enough to not re-infect? (grody)

Calendula is nice, I have it some of my other salves mixed with shea butter. I remember using calendula cream on chapped lips and rough winter skin when I was a kid.

Edited to add: for me, i wouldn't care how long it lasts, it's not really to coat my lips, just spot treatment that doesn't crumble or melt off right away.

I would love the pumpkin and carrot version (either in a tube or a tin) as a cuticle balm (lol, I think I've probably already asked for this a million times, but might as well keep hoping

I second all of this.

I'd like the pumpkin and carrot salve in a tin myself. I noticed your description of the avocado butter says it makes a great base for Halloween make-up, so I started playing around yesterday to see if the carrot and pumpkin salve makes a good foiling agent. It's awesome. Instead of spritzing my brush, I swiped it over the salve before dipping into minerals, and it "glues" them in place without looking greasy or feeling heavy.
