Can I add this to my regular moisturizer to make a creamier primer?

You can try a one use portion. It might end up kind of dry, but you never really know until you try. I am pretty sure the silk in the formula is not the kind that is for wet preparations.

Adding powders to emulsified moisturizers can make them separate into the water phase and oil phase of an emulsion, so be sure to try small batches.
