Some are, like some of the lip glosses are labeled Organic. I'm not sure about the powders, since they are minerals, and usually organic means grown without pesticides and such, so can things that are not "grown" be organic?

It's a good question. "Organic" has different meanings according to how it's used - sometimes it implies "free from synthetic chemicals", sometimes (as Oxana says) it refers to a method of growing produce. In chemistry, it's a whole other definition again (organic / inorganic, etc).
I'd guess here it means free from synthetics, but Karen could explain that one best.

It depends on the product, and your definition of organic...but we're always very up-front about the ingredients, and if there's something synthetic in a product there's usually a good reason for it (like preservatives...they're not "all natural", but we have to use them in anything with water, otherwise people can get very sick).
