Pole dancing!

Just had to tell you how fun it is!!! A group of us had a two hour lesson for a workmate's hen party, it's amazing! I'm so tempted to get proper lessons, it gives you a great workout I could barely move the next day hehe but such a giggle. I need my exercise to be in disguise...

Yes pole dancing is exercise in disguise with sun glasses and a trench coat lol
