I just saw that you make those headband you wear in your photos, that's so cool! Unless it is a secret, please share how you do it! Those are just lovely, I keep seeing them and thinking "where does she get those?".

They're pretty much just a tube of fabric with topstitching on the ends (some i do blunt, some i do angled, and some i do pointed, doesn't really matter how they're finished or if they're finished at all- for selling, i finish them; i don't always finish the ends on my own). They're usually somewhere between 36 and 45 inches minus whatever i cut off to finish the ends- it's whatever the width of the fabric bolt is which means it can be as long as 60 inches.

I keep meaning to do a youtube video on how to tie them...

Step 1: fold in half to find the center. The center band on your head the way you'd like the headband to lay.
Step 2: wrap the ends around the back of your head do a half knot.
Step 3: Begin wrapping the two ends around each other/criss-crossing them til you get to the bottom.
Step 4: Twist the crisscrossed ends until tight and the length starts to kink.
Step 5: Twist into a loop and pull the bulk of the extra length through the center of the loop, leaving the ends inside. (like a hair bun)
Step 6: It will stay put pretty well on it's own since it's molded to your head, but if you need to it stay all day (through bumping your head on things or messing with your hair- i'm a waitress, i can't really stop what i'm doing and redo my headband), secure a bobby pin through headband and hair behind each ear. These will ensure that your headband doesn't budge until you want it to.

Thanks! I will have to try and make one. I love headbands but the traditional solid ones squish my head too much and give me headaches.

I've done this look before, but maybe the photos show the colors truer this time around:

I did a couple looks the past few days but didn't take photos of them all. I really liked them so i thought i'd share anyway.

Saturday I used Riddle (one of my fav gwp) and creased/lined with cyprus sand
Sunday I used Tailfeather, then opted to top it with harvest, highlight with harvest moon, and crease/line with shewolf.

If you're looking at my photos and wondering if my eyelashes have gotten longer- you are not imagining it, i've been randomly applying the eyelash gel for about a week and a half, not everyday, and i got a LOT of sun earlier this week (gardening). I hadn't been wearing makeup for about a week because i really only do my makeup for work or going out and i had a lot of days off. I swiped on the mascara thursday and was surprised to find my lashes very noticeably longer.

i could be wrong, but i *think* i lipstained and decided it was too bright so then i blocked it out with OCC liptar mixed with foundation, and then topped it with divine and possibly mirage also. That's what i *think* i did. I did that look thursday and then the past two days feel like a week in my memory (28 hours of work in 2 days on a holiday weekend)
