Foundation mixing question

Post by nfig » Fri Mar 19, 2010 11:47 pm

I just bought my first full size foundation and was wondering how you all go about making such a big batch. I'm 8 ivory to 1 ebony and I just did 56 ivory to 7 scoops ebony to fill my jar. Is there a better way? I started thinking that maybe there was something somewhere saying how many scoops make up the 1 tablespoon bags.

i believe a teaspoon is 32 scoops (because the little scoops are 1/32tsp measuring spoons). So with your mix if you did a teaspoon of ivory, you would need 4 scoops of ebony (32/8=4)
