I've loved this before and the new reissue is every bit as beautiful. Excuse me that I haven't had much time online to keep up with the news, so I'm just asking directly if Cherry Blossom is one of the colours which only returned for a limited time, or will it be here
permanently??
/that's a subtle hint, by the way.
p.s. as has been proven previously, I'm not above grovelling if it'll help....

It's staying! I took it off the site because it used a dye, and I really want to stay with the "natural" pigments for the eye shadow. I got some micas that are bright but all natural so I was able to clone it.
At this point in the game I only tend to discontinue or reformulate products that I absolutely have to- ie if I can't get any more of a key ingredient or something like that.

Oooh how about Tailfeather? I might have to pick up another one, if it will be gone forever!

It's awesome!

So cupcake, what you are saying is that you see yourself using up your old version and your new version and wanting to re-purchase? You must really like cherry blossom, lol. Having said that, I have never in my life hit pan on an eyeshadow (well, since I got into mineral makeup and started owning more than the single taupe eyeshadow I had for ages before that

), I guess I am just too much of an eyeshadow whore!

Well, no. I see myself *really* regretting allowing a friend to take the original Cherry Blossom home to show their teenager last June because I've not seen the friend, the teenager nor the Cherry Blossom since then.
The new release is just as pretty (could use more of the little blue sparkles from the original) but you only saw those up close (collector spectator-sport swatching for personal enjoyment - hey, we all need a hobby!)
But yeah, the new one is one of a few I'd buy backups of even before the sticky from the sifter label wears off! (And before anyone asks, I've got backups of Brown Sugar, Fire, High Beam, Idolize, Pop and Whisper at the moment for frequent use.)

I love it too. Could it be worn as a glow on the cheeks do you think?

Apart from that ole' chestnut about not wearing ultramarines on your lips, you can pretty much use anything anywhere. I remember telling a mate that you could use eyeshadows as blush and a whole new world opened up before her!

I don't see why not, if using Cherry Blossom on your cheeks appeals to you. It would be far too sparkly for my liking. I get cold shudders thinking about trying pink snowflakes from the unmentionable place - looked pretty until the light hit it. So bright and reflective you could signal to passing aircraft just by winking.
CB is a *lot* more delicate than that, but that's what put me off of sparkly cheeks, personally. You might be happier with Angel or Cherub glows, but there's no reason not to use Cherry Blossom on your cheeks if ye like. A light touch would be pretty. Just, ye know, dilute it a little

No I don't want to be that sparkly!! Although I do love Cherub and I was thinking it had the same amount of sparkle, but I think your right!! I'll save it for my eyes!

I loooove pink snowflakes, in fact I am a shimmer addict, lol. I don't find it looks too intense on me though (or maybe I just think it doesn't

).
I think cherry blossom would be pretty light on the cheeks, but I guess that depends on your skin colour.
