It's a healthy environment. There's a strong air of respect that makes constructive criticism easy to offer honestly and gentle to receive. High praise can be taken in ebullient sincerity and not as sycophantic. There's no mincing words and people can take things at face value. That's precious, especially in forum-land. We all know places where folks scream and shout, but there's no need felt when the communication is genuine and people listen to one another.

Part of loving Silk Naturals is loving this forum. It's a wonderful, happy place! This is where I come when I need a break. I'd like to add my thanks to everyone as well.

We owe you a huge thanks for making the forum what it is. Everyone here really is wonderful, and I know there will always be things where we don't see eye to eye (as a group or as individuals) but it's my favorite part of owning SN. It's truly special that such a broad cross-section of women, from all around the world can gather in a place and get along. I know some days aren't easy on any forum, but yes, I think we have the best group on the web. There are ups, and downs, and we work it out- we support each other, laugh and cry together, and it is special.

You have made it special, an oasis, and it's one of the things that have made the company as strong as it is. We work the hours that we work, and we do the things that we do to make SN work because I feel like we *know* you- and it feels like you're just doing a little favor for a friend. That's the secret of SN customer service- loveable customers. You make it easy, and fun, and I owe you all the credit.

I have to agree. I've only been "with" SN fir almost two weeks and it's my favorite forum to visit because everyone is nice and non-judgemental. And Karen is such a sweetheart! I've sent numerous CS emails and they are always answered quickly and nicely:-)

The lovely ladies on this forum make it such a pleasure to come and visit. Thank you too, everyone.

Just wanted to add my thank you to everyone as well. Thanks for answering my questions and posting such great info and awesome pictures in the EOTD and FOTD threads! I love getting ideas from everyone. I also love hearing from women all around the world. It's so cool to see how similar we all are! You're all so nice!

I'm with you on this Sunshinegal! So nice and calm, no bullying and nastiness. This is the only forum I enjoy reading and visiting.

Karen is definitely awesome about answering questions and getting back with you promptly (even at 1am) haha
