Shipping cost problems since site re-arranged?

Anyone else notice a jump in the shipping prices since the samples were moved to the main product page in the drop down selector? I just added 2 skin care samples (5ml) and my shipping went from $5.75 to $10.00!! i assume this is a bug as maybe the shipping is being calculated on the large size rather than the sample size, but I wanna order now so i can get the clearance lippies, but don't wanna pay an extra $4.25 for 2 samples. Maybe Karen or JenW will see this and be able to chime in....

i agree, i think i had this problem too. to be honest, i was SO excited to get the clearance lippies, scrub, lotions, gumablls etc. that i checked out anyway, but my shipping seemed really high ($7 something, and I also had two skin care samples).
i thought it might be because i ordered both new lotions and the clearance scrub...
but it would be great to hear it was a fluke!

Same here. I also had two samples and shipping jumped but I ordered anyway!

I'm looking into it right now...
The other samples are still available- so you can order that way still and the weight will be right.
The sugar scrub is heavy- the shipping weight is 3 ounces (roughly the same weight as 12 eye shadows).

I tried putting samples and then full sizes of the same products in the cart and shipping was the same for both of them. Bummer I already ordered

edit: I redid my cart and shipping was the same, apparently I did order from the sample section

Just order skincare samples from the Sample heading for now if you see a jump in your shipping.

Yes I am having this problem too... my cart is currently at $6++ and my shipping is $5++! *faints* In my previous order, I had $37 worth in items and my shipping came up to only $6.50.

my shipping was $7 something, which is a little higher than usual, but at least i also bought like...everything including sugar scrub and a lotion bar.

The weights are correct for the full sized skincare...they just weigh a significant amount more than a powder or lippie.

However, we are still working on how to seperate the full size weight from the sample if you order a sample from the full sized skincare product page. There is not that much difference in weight from a powder sample to full size....the jar is what is most of the weight in that case.
