I lost my avatar?!?

I tried to edit my avatar and now it gone and I can't figure out how to post a new one? Can someone help?

Do you need more direction than:
Click on 'User Control Panel'
Ant then Click on 'Profile'.
There is a heading to edit avatar on the side bar on the left.....you will have to link it from photobucket or flickr type hosting, or upload from your computer.....

I tried doing it from my pc and from photobucket and nothing...It say's my avatar size must from 0-6

I think it was dumb luck, but I figured it out. I don't really like the pic
but I am afraid to try and change it. So it will stay for a bit...

I know the pic has to be smaller then 90 x 90 pixels......I had to resize in flickr. Is there a way to resize in photobucket?

yeah, but I don't think I did it, maybe that is why pic looks kind of distorted. I will have to mess it some more.
