AHA first time!

I've just bought a nice big bottle of the AHA toner and was wondering the best way of sticking it in my routine. I've got fairly oily skin with a load of blocked pores and a fair few zits.
My routine was
AM -
Kiss cleanser/Apricot scrub if I need it
Super Serum
Lush Enzymion Moisturiser (was Hemp, but my skins been tightening in the cold)
PM-
Kiss cleanser (Sometimes twice if I've been wearing loads of makeup)
BHA toner
Green Tea and Aloe Serum
Enzymion Moisturiser
Last night I used AHA for the first time, it was a little bit stingy right away but after a minute was fine, and had no redness or anything nasty looking. I followed with GT&A serum and moisturiser and lovely soft skin ensued! I'd like to keep on using the BHA because of zits and whatnot, but what do people recommend? Was thinking of alternating between BHA and AHA every night and seeing how I go, and maybe switching to just AHA if it seems to help with the skin woes! Is that too much to start off with? Also how long do you leave the toners before adding the serums? I've been aiming for about 10/15 mins.
