I am a recent convert for EDM. I wear Fairly light neutral there and sometime perfect works. What is a suggestion for me to try

I am going to branch out and suggest Warm Gold, only because I know that there's some yellow in Fairly Light Neutral which is why I thought I could wear it, but I also know that there is some pink in it which is why I can't wear it

but your safest bet is to post a picture and let Jen have a go - she's amazing at finding the right color not to mention ratios!

I do recommend the sample kit that has most of the color bases in it....a Fairly Light can be a Warm Gold in SN or an Ebony/Warm Gold blend, or even an Olive. If you wanted to go out on your own, start with Warm gold at about a 1:10 or 11 ratio (1 scoop color and 10 or 11 scoops Ivory). Ebony will be about a 1:8. Olive a 1:14.

You look ebony to me if the lighting's right. I'd say start with 10 scoops ivory to 1 ebony. You may have to lighten or darken a bit - it's hard to tell with indoor lighting, but you look pretty pale and neutral. I'd suggest picking up two sample bags of ivory, just in case, cos that will be your main colour. You may want a sample of warm gold, too, but I don't think you'll need it.
Also, go by what the colour looks like on you, not what it looks like in the jar - in the jar is way, way paler than how it shows up on skin, which I understand is different to EDM. So swatch it on your face with a decent size brush and give it fifteen or twenty minutes to meld.
